BICWALZS는 Structural MRI, Functional MRI, Beta-amyloid PET을 수집하고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 2차/심층 자원을 생산하고 있습니다.
촬영 프로토콜
1. MRI: 1) Structural MRI : 3D T1, T2 ,T2 FLAIR, SWI/GRE, DTI, DWI 등 2) Functional MRI : Resting-state fMRI, ASL 등
2. PET: 1) Flutemetamol amyloid-beta PET
자원 데이터 구성
1. 1차 지원
1) Brain image file (dicom/nifti) : Structural MRI, Functional MRI, PET image
2) Visual Scale : Fazeka’s scale(White matter hyper-intensity), Schelten’s scale(Hippocampus atrophy), Lacune 개수 등
2. 2차/심층 자원
1) Pre-processed image (nifti): VBM, Cortical thickness, preprocessed fMRI images.
2) Parameters : Grey matter density(VBM), Amyloid beta SUVR(Standardized Uptake Value Ratio), Functional Connectivity, Cortical thickness parameters, DTI parameters 등
